Will Moss

Co-Founder & CEO.

Will has 25+ years’ experience of starting, growing, and leading successful Business’s within an array of International multi-disciplined organisations. Working globally, in such diverse areas as: Design Consultancy with WSP and AECOM, EHV & Major Civils Contracting with the likes of M Group Services, Freedom Utility Group, Murphy Group, Vinci Energies, and NG Bailey. Plus, operating Client side – National Grid Plc as a notable example.

Jarred Abrahams

Business Development, Marketing & Communications expert. 20+ years global and diverse experience as a serial entrepreneur, specialising in business start-ups, cornerstone seed investment, and targeted growth. 

Tony Littlejohns

Co Founder & Senior Partner.

Tony has a proven track record of co-founding and funding multiple successful start-up ventures. With expertise spanning commodity trading in established and emerging markets, software development to financial engineering in the Debt Capital markets.

Tony has built and scaled businesses across diverse industries. His entrepreneurial journey includes leading initiatives from the ground up, with a focus on business development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Tony excels at forging key partnerships, and his extensive experience in accessing both institutional and private funding streams has been instrumental in driving business expansion and innovation.

Jonathan Twydell-Satterly

Chief Financial Officer.

Jonathan is a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of experience in consultancy, industry, and international business. He has held senior finance and operational roles, including with a US-listed industrial group, where he delivered multinational consolidations, restructurings, and strategic cost reduction programmes. Known for his commercial acumen and analytical clarity, he has built a reputation for creating robust financial structures that attract investor confidence.

At Apeiron Energy, Jonathan leads the financial strategy, capital structuring, and investor engagement. His priority is to deliver bankable models and clear investment pathways that maximise shareholder value, ensuring each SAF project meets both financial and operational milestones while positioning the company at the forefront of the sustainable aviation transition.

Michel Bachelier

Non Executive Director.

Michel Bachelier is a seasoned expert in structuring and leading large-scale projects in the natural resources and energy sectors. His extensive experience spans both developed economies and emerging markets. Following a successful career in investment banking in New York, Michel transitioned into advisory roles at the highest levels of government, serving as a strategic adviser to Heads of State in both Africa and South American high growth economies. Michel focuses primarily on natural resources and energy development.

Michel previously held senior investment banking roles, including Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, where he served as Global Head of International Project Finance. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Kleinwort Benson in France, overseeing a wide range of Corporate and Structured Finance transactions. Earlier in his career, he was Global Head of Project Finance at Banque Indosuez. In addition to his finance and advisory work, Michel has co-founded and developed several ventures across diverse sectors such as high technology and pharmaceuticals. He currently holds multiple board directorships in these initiatives.

Accreditations: MA in Economics from La Sorbonne University (Paris). MS with honours from École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers (Paris). MBA with honours from Harvard Business School (Boston).

Grégoire de Courlon

Non Executive Director.

Prior to joining SIP as Managing Partner, Grégoire de Courlon was consultant in the field of structuring and/or management of large projects in developed and emerging markets, with a particular focus on the Caucasian and African markets. Previously, he co-founded a Wealth Management firm, where he acted as Business Development Manager. With this experience, he continues to act as investment advisor to large private investors, as well as for the setting up industrial partnerships.

Gregor has directly invested in various technology led companies, and he continues to advise and assist entrepreneurs on financial structuring and on capital raising, in particular in the field of Technology. He started his carrier at BNP Paribas, as the main collaborator of a Senior Banker and as Credit Analyst.

Accreditations: DU “Preparatory Cycle International Trade” from University School of Management Lyon III. Graduated from the ESCE Business School.

Richard Elam

Richard has over 30 years’ industry experience and is a Director at Innovate Associates Limited a project management company based in West Yorkshire. 

Throughout his career, Richard has held Director roles at Northern based construction organisations, as well as project management roles client side and through his expert knowledge and experience, he has gained membership with the Association of Project Safety, Association of Project Management and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building. 

Richard was awarded the British Empire Medal in 2019 for services to Business and the Community.

Simon Carrington

Simon has over 35 years’ experience leading major design projects both in the UK and overseas.
 
A Director of Innovate Associates and Vaughan Architecture, Simon brings a creative and analytical approach to major multi-site projects. With a background in Retail, Rail and Industrial schemes, Simon provides a link between client and construction requirements with a detailed approach to all design and construction matters.
